RW Builders is based in York and works across the city, the surrounding villages and the wider North Yorkshire area.
We travel to every job from our York base. There is no local office in the towns below, just the same family-run team turning up wherever the work is.
York is our base and where most of our work is. Everything from rear kitchen extensions on city centre terraces to full renovations out towards the ring road, all handled by the team that quoted the job.
Every area page below covers the local planning authority, the kind of properties we see there, and roughly how far it is from us. The distances are estimates from our York base.
These are the closest places to us, all a short drive from York. Most fall under City of York Council, so the planning process is the one we deal with in the city every week.
We work further out too, where the drive is longer and the planning authority changes. Each page explains which council handles applications in that area.
If your village is not here it is still worth asking. We cover most of North Yorkshire and take on work outside it where the job suits us.

Excellent job from Phil and his team. Both external and internal works finished to an excellent quality. Happy to deal with changes and kept us informed on a day-to-day basis. Definitely recommend.
