Pocklington is around 13 miles south-east of York, roughly a 30 to 35 minute drive from our base, and it falls under East Riding of Yorkshire Council, a different local authority to York, North Yorkshire Council, or Leeds. It's our furthest coverage area to the east, but one we take on regularly for the right project.
Pocklington's mix of market-town housing and surrounding rural properties means we see a genuine range of extension work here, from town centre terraces to larger detached homes on the outskirts.
